SUMMARY: The position involves the selling and promotion of precast concrete products to owners, consulting engineers, agencies, municipalities, developers, and contractors primarily within the State of Utah. Maintains relations with identified key contractors, consulting engineers and project owners in an assigned territory. Assists efforts of Marketing team to ensure that our competitive position is sustained or improved. Makes regular, in person, sales calls to customers identifying new projects opportunities and furthers Geneva Pipe and Precast’s position in the marketplace. Makes routine visits to job sites to discuss progression and upcoming needs of customer. Provides management with timely and accurate reports as required.
Production Process Engineer

SUMMARY: The Production Process Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that our company’s products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires strong background in production process and attention to detail. This individual is tasked with understanding all of the processes for fiberglass pipe, and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet production goal and standards.
Irrigation Tech
SALARY: $22.00 hourly or greater depending on experience

SUMMARY: Summary: Seeking a motivated individual that enjoys a large variety of tasks and a balance of indoor and outdoor work environments. This is a full-time, year-round position with varied work hours, depending on the season. The job includes all aspects of delivering Irrigation water, rebuilding pumps, cleaning or burning ditches, repairs to irrigation components, equipment operating, equipment repair and more.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred); ability to lift 75 pounds, work independently or as part of a team, supervise and communicate effectively. Training will be provided but will consider applicants with experience in any of the following: irrigation delivery and operations, heavy equipment operation, pump rebuilding and machining, and vehicle and equipment repair.

Engineering Manager
SALARY: 109,923 – $120,178 annually
LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

SUMMARY: Will plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise construction and engineering activities and related functions for the District. Reviews and provides comments and direction on construction plans in accordance with industry and established District standards. Prepares, directs, and reviews engineering/planning reports and other studies. Is the primary point of contact for local, tribal, state and federal governmental agencies and constituents in engineering projects/practices associated with the District’s mission of water delivery, drainage, flood protection, quality of life and environmental preservation. The Engineering Manager oversees and approves licenses for typical facilities’ crossings and consults with the CEO/Chief Engineer and Board of Directors regarding improvements impacting District facilities and lands. Oversees, directs, and supervises District staff in design and construction activities as well as provides support to divisions regarding optimization of maintenance activities.
Strategic Account Manager (ParkUSA)

SUMMARY: Develops key partnerships with targeted commercial accounts. Leverages strong relationships within the large commercial development, design, and construction community to proactively find sales opportunities and drive these advantaged leads through the appropriate ParkUSA Plants. Builds a comprehensive understanding of ParkUSA products and services to identify those strategic accounts and related projects that have the potential to specify ParkUSA products. Constructs an expertise of strategic account processes working closely with ParkUSA Project Sales Representatives. Develops senior level partnerships with Group Sales Managers and educates teams on the value of early ParkUSA involvement on significant commercial construction projects.
District Manager
SALARY: $100,000–$150,000 annually (Based on qualifications)
LOCATION: Notus, ID

SUMMARY: Responsible for the management of 10 ditch riders, 9 maintenance crew members, the assistant manager and foreman; oversight and management of irrigation distribution and deliveries, District finances, aquatic and terrestrial weed programs, public relations, legislative
affairs, Federal, State and local grants, social media, pumping plant operations, fleet and equipment management, maintenance, and acquisitions; and taking direction from and keeping the Board of Directors informed of District operations.
