District Manager
SALARY: $140,000 – $175,000
LOCATION: Moses Lake, Washington

SUMMARY: MLIRD is devoted to operating and maintaining Moses Lake as an irrigation impoundment, and to improving the water quality of Moses Lake. The District operates with a Rehabilitation Budget of $1,500,000 and an Irrigation Budget of $500,000. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the District Manager is responsible for managing the executive, administrative and operational functions of the District.
Project Sales Representative (ParkUSA)

SUMMARY: The Project Sales Representative (PSR) identifies new and existing customer needs and recommends products and services that meet the customer needs. Listens to and addresses customer concerns and facilitates sales. Estimates products from blueprints and specifications. Works as a collaborative member of our sales team to sell our products Manages sales with and through distribution and developing quotes and orders. Provides sales support for multiple projects.
Provides project support for submittals, production, and product delivery during construction.
Strategic Account Manager (ParkUSA)

SUMMARY: Develops key partnerships with targeted commercial accounts. Leverages strong relationships within the large commercial development, design, and construction community to proactively find sales opportunities and drive these advantaged leads through the appropriate ParkUSA Plants. Builds a comprehensive understanding of ParkUSA products and services to identify those strategic accounts and related projects that have the potential to specify ParkUSA products. Constructs an expertise of strategic account processes working closely with ParkUSA Project Sales Representatives. Develops senior level partnerships with Group Sales Managers and educates teams on the value of early ParkUSA involvement on significant commercial construction projects.
Secretary/Treasurer

Staff & Project Engineers
SALARY: $68,000–$80,00 & $75,000–$110,000 annually

SUMMARY: Working under the direction of the District Engineer and the Assistant Manager for Technical Services, engineers provide support for operations, maintenance, and development activities for irrigation and drainage facilities, pump plants, District properties, buildings, and equipment. Duties include planning, design, inspection, cost estimating, tracking, coordination, scheduling, and construction management for pipelines, canal/drain maintenance and modernization, delivery structures, pump plants and appurtenant facilities and equipment.
District Manager

SUMMARY: Responsible for the management of 10 ditch riders, 9 maintenance crew members, the assistant manager and foreman; oversight and management of irrigation distribution and deliveries, District finances, aquatic and terrestrial weed programs, public relations, legislative
affairs, Federal, State and local grants, social media, pumping plant operations, fleet and equipment management, maintenance, and acquisitions; and taking direction from and keeping the Board of Directors informed of District operations.
