Solutions Design Engineer – Water Resources
SALARY: $95,000–$105,000 annually
LOCATION: Remote

SUMMARY: Supports the sales and project delivery teams to ensure fit for purpose Rubicon hardware solutions are delivered. Will support the bid/project manager by leading the design effort of technical solutions through the project enquiry, acquisition and delivery phases.
Solutions are multidisciplined and include specification of Rubicon and third-party products, specifications of Ricon Software, development of concept site arrangements and specification of the required works to implement the solution (civil works, hydraulics, communication networks and IT equipment). Outputs will include reports, concept drawings, material and resource estimates. They will produce technical content including but not limited to design computations, concept drawings, technical narratives, guidelines, spreadsheet tools, geospatial maps and FAQ’s which will be utilised by the Commercial team in the development of scoping studies, sales proposals and project work. Travel will be a requirement of this role.

Quality Manager
SALARY: $110,000–$130,000 annually

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director, Veralto Enterprise Systems, the Quality Manager is responsible for Leading the Quality Management System (QMS) and working cross-functionally to drive improvements to McCrometer’s quality metrics for Out-of-Box (OOB) and Warranty incidents. Manages and monitors the Quality Management System (QMS), updating senior management and stakeholders, and develops and executes action plans for improvements, building followership to drive improvement. Oversees external (3rd party and customer) and internal audits, maintains auditor relationships, and ensures cross-training for audit support. Provides training to internal teams and individuals to ensure that quality management is infused into the culture of the business and that quality management processes align with desired customer outcomes. Maintains the controlled document library, and aligns quality management processes with customer outcomes.


Irrigation Lead
SALARY: The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 – $138,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.

SUMMARY: Charged with assisting in the growth and technical leadership of the group, the Irrigation Lead will be tasked with coordinating, managing, or executing the planning and design of hydraulic/irrigation focused civil design projects. The candidate will lead a group of professionals in the management, execution, and production of studies, designs, reports, plans and specifications for a diverse range of hydraulic facilities and structures.


Irrigation Engineer

SUMMARY: A focus on water resources planning, hydrology/hydraulics, drainage, flood control design, and irrigation, the Water Resources Engineer will be responsible for leading the production of project deliverables from the planning stages and initial design calculations to the final reporting and development of the plans and specs. Focused on large civil works projects such as detention facilities, irrigation pumping and conveyance facilities (including diversion and control structures), reservoirs, and other hydraulic structures, the engineer will be an integral part of our growing practice within Montana and the region.
