SUMMARY: Charged with assisting in the growth and technical leadership of the group, the Irrigation Lead will be tasked with coordinating, managing, or executing the planning and design of hydraulic/irrigation focused civil design projects. The candidate will lead a group of professionals in the management, execution, and production of studies, designs, reports, plans and specifications for a diverse range of hydraulic facilities and structures.
Irrigation Engineer

SUMMARY: A focus on water resources planning, hydrology/hydraulics, drainage, flood control design, and irrigation, the Water Resources Engineer will be responsible for leading the production of project deliverables from the planning stages and initial design calculations to the final reporting and development of the plans and specs. Focused on large civil works projects such as detention facilities, irrigation pumping and conveyance facilities (including diversion and control structures), reservoirs, and other hydraulic structures, the engineer will be an integral part of our growing practice within Montana and the region.
QC Inspector-Final Inspection

SUMMARY: The final inspector inspects the base material condition, environmental conditions, surface preparation, application, and testing of plant-applied linings and coatings. Finishing processes and final dimensional measurements are observed and recorded. Extensive experience in the application and/or inspection of epoxy, polyurethane, and cement products on mild steel will be relevant to this role. NACE/AMPP (CIP) is the applicable certification. This role requires the individual to report to different areas throughout the plant to perform inspection, testing, and consultation in constant collaboration with the production team.

SUMMARY: The Sr. Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for developing, creating, and managing content, campaigns, and strategies to drive leads, engage customers, and increase sales. Reporting to the Market Communications Manager, the Sr. Marketing Content Specialist develops and implements inbound marketing strategies and campaigns, creates, and manages content across marketing channels including website, social media, email, and 3rd party advertising, and analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of inbound marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in inbound marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Engineering Manager
SALARY: 109,923 – $120,178 annually
LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

SUMMARY: Will plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise construction and engineering activities and related functions for the District. Reviews and provides comments and direction on construction plans in accordance with industry and established District standards. Prepares, directs, and reviews engineering/planning reports and other studies. Is the primary point of contact for local, tribal, state and federal governmental agencies and constituents in engineering projects/practices associated with the District’s mission of water delivery, drainage, flood protection, quality of life and environmental preservation. The Engineering Manager oversees and approves licenses for typical facilities’ crossings and consults with the CEO/Chief Engineer and Board of Directors regarding improvements impacting District facilities and lands. Oversees, directs, and supervises District staff in design and construction activities as well as provides support to divisions regarding optimization of maintenance activities.
